2026 Maker Application

Do you have handmade goods you’d love to see on the shelves at Wonderfill Refillery? Or know a maker whose work aligns with low-waste living, natural materials, and thoughtful production? Below you’ll find everything you need to know to apply to be considered.

A little about us

Wonderfill Refillery is a zero-waste refill and eco-lifestyle shop located in Cookeville, Tennessee, in the heart of the Spring Street Arts District. Our space is part refill station, part curated maker market, and part community hub.

We exist to make sustainable living approachable, affordable, and joyful while uplifting small farms, independent makers, and artists along the way. Our shelves are intentionally curated to support everyday low-waste living through refills, natural goods, and long-lasting alternatives to single-use products.

The relationships we build with our vendors are important to us. We operate on a consignment model that allows makers to maintain ownership of their work while benefiting from in-store exposure, community events, and a supportive retail environment. We aim to be transparent, communicative, and fair, and we view our vendors as partners, not just products on a shelf.

Consignment terms

Wonderfill vendors are paid on consignment terms.

  • Makers set the retail price of their workCommission is 50/50 (50% to the maker, 50% to Wonderfill)
  • Payments are issued via direct deposit
  • All vendors must complete a W-9 / 1099
  • Vendors may carry up to 5 SKUs at no cost
  • Additional SKUs beyond 5 incur a $5 per SKU monthly stocking fee
  • Products not selling within 60 days may be rotated out to make room for new inventory

Our goal is to create space for makers at different stages of their journey while keeping our shelves fresh, functional, and intentional.

Our values

Wonderfill Refillery strives to be a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive space. Makers of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply, including those who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Disabled, or members of other underrepresented communities. Representation matters.

While we love highlighting local and regional makers, we welcome applications from anywhere if the work aligns with our mission and current inventory.
